Thanks to the modular system we have developed, each model can be installed in a week with 2 people or in 1 day with the team.

We clean the upper layer of the wood that will rot in the first 20 years by revealing its organic texture with natural techniques. Thus, we provide an aesthetic appearance to exterior and interior spaces with this process while extending the life of the wood against external factors.

Our custom formulated, impregnated and hand-applied paint provides extra protection with its anti-bacterial and heavy metal-free features.

Our house models offer effective sound and heat insulation for 4 seasons use without requiring any additional treatment through its laminated wood panel design with insulation board inside, stone wool application on the floor as well as Isıcam brand insulated glass units and roof cladding system.

We make solid foundation applications that can be easily applied to all types of terrain without the need for concrete and additional reinforcement as a result of the pile foundation system we have developed.

We build healthy living spaces to be used for hundreds of years with the preventative maintenance through using kiln-dried wood products which provide an ideal level of dryness to prevent wood-damaging worms, pests and fungi.

Wooden carcass system and wooden walls consisting interlocking panels act as loadbearing elements as well as providing 5 times extra resistance against earthquakes comparing to the concrete structures.

Our house models offer maximum fire resistance with its flame retardant features such as our special formula impregnated paint and fireproof insulation board in wooden wall panels.
